What a PAES Lab does for your students
The Practical Assessment Exploration System (PAES®) turns a classroom into a simulated workplace. Students become employees and teachers become supervisors. Employees clock in and out and work through 264 hands-on jobs across five career areas. Every job produces standardized data on work quality, work rate, interest, trials and the assistance a student needed.
